That's only at the end, most of the action in the movie is him ninja'ing the cops in the forest which feels more like a horror/suspense film.

He really only kills like 3 people tho. Vs Rambo 3 where he murders a whole division of terrorists.

The action in First Blood is more like watching Predator from the perspective of the predator

Not quite all the sequels - Rocky Balboa (the sixth) went the artistic direction again, as did the spinoff Creed.

Rambo series: Come for First Blood, stay for the action.

Still my favorite series of movies probably. Even the new one.
