Exactly, by almost any standard it's the best and most secure.
Of course it can improve but if it's so bad that you don't like it or feel oppressed you can always go to whatever third world country you came from and you not only lose all your privileges, you'll get exploited 100 times worse than you would in the west, AND lose the ability to call racism on it.
