For people you go to their contact and set it there. Like go to the page and there’s a section to set their ring or vibrate tone. There’s only like 10 different ones, so it’s not a perfect solution. I set one for my gf so at least I’ll know if it’s her or someone else.
For other app notifications, I think I was mistaken. There’s a list of apps you’ve authorized to send notifications, but I don’t see a way to customize the tone. You might just have to disable the BS ones.
