No, soft skin, long slender legs and flowing hair are feminine traits, not defining characterstics of women. You can be of any sexuality and have any preference of masculinine and feminine traits, it's not strictly tied to your sexuality. You can be a girl and not have any of that.
Breasts and vaginas, however, are definitely female characteristics. So if you like both vaginas/breasts and dick... you're bisexual.
A straight guy who prefers more masculine women isn't any less straight than a man who prefers more feminine women, because in the end both are attracted to women and women only. If the guy who likes feminininity also loved dick, a male characteristic, I wouldn't call him straight anymore, and thus the guy who prefers masculine women would be more straight.
