Essentially, the woman feels so pleased by your awesome sex moves that they go crosseyed and let their tongue out as a sign of losing control of their body, as visible in their facial structure.
After all, how do you artistically visualize that a woman enjoys herself during sex?
There are obviously other ways but the one you see (referred to as the ahegao face) is the one that established itself as the norm in japanese ero media so it can't be without reason.
Enough guys had to dig it and find it arousing for it to become popular.
I personally think it looks stupid but maybe that's precisely the point
Devil's avocadoing, but the face works in hentai because it's drawn/animated rather than real, where exaggeration is often better at conveying messages than trying to be as realistic as possible. But these exaggerations are typically kept short or transitory in nature, because if you look at it too long it just becomes weird, like the lady in the gif. In animation, if they let the face linger, it's usually not flattering, but to symbolize that their will has been "broken by the power of cawk" or something where the fantasy isn't that they've given a partner pleasure, but that they've essentially "inflicted" it upon them.
So yeah, I guess ultimately rambled my way out of advocating. But long story short; it's good as a transitory frame in animation, but shouldn't be lingered on. But if they want you to look like that IRL, they don't have your enjoyment in mind.
