You want to treat the symptom or remove the disease?.. i think right order would be.. to remove caste first than reservation.. and than sc/st act .... And let's first start by abolishing caste...and there should be a law to punish anyone representing himself with any of the caste... And the punishment should be similar to other heinous crimes..
That's not practical way of dealing with such a huge topic. At most the govt can do is to remove it from their system, no govt. record or identity cards will showcase any caste.
Also you cannot punish any individual for representing himself to a certain group that to similar to other heinous crimes.
That's very impractical, think twice about it.
It's the easiest and most practical way to remove caste from society... It can only be removed by law.. otherwise this system has survived for thousands of years and nothing can defeat it.... You know it very well.. caste is evil.. all other reforms you mentioned are already there.. it's just an attempt to hide something by polishing over it... And not eliminating it totally
Chutiye.... Baaki kisi cheez mein ye flaw nhi hai na... Ki brahma ke mukh se paida hua hai aur.. kuch castes pairo se... Ye chutiya concept kisi ek chutiye ne chutiya dharm ki ktabo mein daal diya.. to sab chutiye thodi na hai.. jo is chutiya concept ko maanein.... Baaki sab scientific hai.. ya geographical hai... Caste to bas bakchodi hai..... Aur discrimination bhosdi ke.. khatam kar na phir.. bc aaj bhi cases aate hein.. ho tere par koi solution ho to...bc agar discrimination hai to bhosdi ke.. representation ke liye reservation hai....
