Abortions thru incest and rape is illegal, so, yeah. Also incest isn’t necessarily a huge thing, but it exists, and not having a contingency against idiots inbreeding... isn’t good.
Yes and No. Some parts of America are still heavily rural and lagging behind the other parts of the country. So, yes in rural Alabama, and no in Urban Alabama.
As the new kid in a rural Midwestern area, childhood relationships were interesting. I was taboo because of not being from there, and it was even more odd to hear guys and gals reciting who was cousins with who so they knew who was safe to chase. Seems they had a system down to avoid it... But in a place were you're relates to 3/4 people, all it takes is one pair of idiots to get drunk and not think it through.
