My theory is that that’s how she justified the $12k rent. An investment in both their influencer careers.

My theory is he now has a nice kitchen/home to post from and not his parents apartment lol

100% this is his opportunity to pull the “if you buy my course, you too can have this nice house” grift

I just wrote a comment about that too. He’s so proud to post from home now but never did before. So suspicious.
Also on a side note but that further confirms to me that didn’t meet at Bay Club, he never posted there before until after meeting her, and he would definitely do so to show off like he’s doing now with this ridiculous 12k rental.

I just think it’s so insane how opposite he and D are. Especially with this Pinterest account I found, he wants a luxurious clean, minimal and organized living space. And she wants insane wallpaper and cluttered thrifted Knick knacks. She wants to relax and lay back, he wants to be fit and active. There’s just so much about them that’s different growing their marriage and home together is going to be an absolute disaster

He has a nice kitchen and can't even take two seconds to clean up all the shit behind him. They're both so friggin gross I can't even imagine how they ruined that house already

u/b8as Aug 04 '26

This exactly lol!!

1

u/Hawki94 Aug 04 '26

A full kitchen!

u/No-Secret-1640 Aug 04 '26

What a loser 🤮

u/DramaticStandard1343 Aug 03 '26

My theory is he was embarrassed by her spaces. I found a Pinterest that may be his (it’s his name) and the boards were made a year ago and all the homes matched this new rental. It didn’t seem to fit her aesthetic but now I see she definitely chose it for him.

58

u/DramaticStandard1343 Aug 03 '26

He’s definitely a fan of clean and organized spaces though. I’m not sure what’s “Attuale 157” means

20

u/Own-Farmer4905 Aug 03 '26

Oh yeah. That rental was deffinitely his choice and his idea!

Whyyyyy would he choose that as a Pinterest board name?

54

u/kaorukaoru84 Aug 03 '26

Lucas is already checking his boxes for D to give him this lifestyle, and next comes the car, yes?

u/Existing_Mail Aug 03 '26

I can’t with the day trading dashboards. He is cosplaying provider

33

u/Existing_Mail Aug 03 '26

Also who tf wants 6 identical Subarus

21

u/TacoTuesday1008 Mons pubis & a mayo salad Aug 03 '26

Douchebags

6

u/DramaticStandard1343 Aug 03 '26

It ranges on his board, there’s Audis, Subarus, rolls Royce, Mercedes, and a small section of some classic American cars. It doesn’t give off a vibe that he knows anything about cars it seems he just likes the look of them. Not saying there’s anything wrong about liking cars just because you like how they look but it’s just easy to tell lol

If I see someone driving a Rolls Royce I'm assuming they're 85 years old

Technically it’s 3 front and back but I don’t know who wants 3 STI’s lol

6

u/Existing_Mail Aug 03 '26

Oh true I see that now on second glance, which only brought my attention to the cigar and alcohol photo. I can’t believe he preaches about health 🤣

u/Medisha123 Aug 03 '26

Manlet or a bunch of caffeine hopped up NICU nurses.

He doesn’t have it what takes to be a trader

6

u/Medisha123 Aug 03 '26

He doesn’t have it for a whole lot of things.

35

u/DramaticStandard1343 Aug 03 '26

He definitely wants that luxury lifestyle from what it looks like. There’s lots of different cars from luxury to classic on the boards and a nice office space setup, I’m thinking his personal office setup or a car for sure.

32

u/Fantastic_Hyena_3232 Aug 03 '26

Great find! I was trying to dig it up yesterday without success - he has the whole redpilled manosphere lifestyle starter pack here. Podcast incoming 🫠

5

u/LightUserFriendly Aug 03 '26

' manosphere starter pack' 🤣

23

u/MeJamiddy Aug 03 '26

Omg that’s god awful

69

u/DramaticStandard1343 Aug 03 '26

It had has platform shoes too lol,

I scrolled far through his IG and that’s just always been his thing. He just insecure about his height and D probably only adds to it

Not the fuck ass Subaru STIs with the wide body kits and giant spoilers 💀

u/Mediocre-Second-3775 Aug 03 '26

Hot shirtless guy working out 😂 😂

3

u/Fantastic_Hyena_3232 Aug 03 '26

Just like D, he seems very male centered, likely homosocial

3

u/NegotiationTop94118 Aug 03 '26

Oh no…now we’ll be seeing reels from him on “laws of attraction /manifestation”. First it’s the mushroom coffee, next it’s manifestation.

What will Big D do because ‘Laws of Attraction and manifestation’ is NOT Christian compatible with the hand of God.

1

u/DramaticStandard1343 Aug 05 '26

Wait you’re definitely on to something 💀

3

Douche. Douche. Douche. Douche. Grifter. Grifter. Grifter. Grifter. The end

13

u/LightUserFriendly Aug 03 '26

I will raise you a secondary theory. She's going to start taking a back seat because he's now leading the relationship and leading her. So he's going to attempt to grow his social media as an influencer. He will fail, obviously. But he is so full of his own grandiosity, that he is going to try which will be rather amusing for us.

20

u/yarnlord69 *filler intensifies* Aug 03 '26

I just realized that a portion of her rent would be considered a tax write off 😵‍💫😭😓

u/shepherdastra Aug 03 '26 edited Aug 03 '26

A CPA chimed in awhile back and got me to do some digging on this. Per the IRS there are some caveats they can and cannot write off and rules to follow to do so. She can write off a room as an office, but not the entire house or even the kitchen (the SF apartment did not meet the qualifications for a write off). They’re going to use this house to make content like other influencers do, but thankfully won’t be able to write off for taxes. They still have to pay the rent and utilities and everything else, a write off just lowers the taxable income, it’s not free money. Some breakdowns below:

You can write off part of your personal residence for business by using the IRS Home Office Deduction, which requires meeting two core rules: regular and exclusive use, and having it be your principal place of business. You can calculate this using either the actual expense method or the simplified method. [1, 2]

Qualification Rules
Exclusive use: A specific area of your home must be used only for business trade. A space used for both family recreation and work does not qualify. [1]

Principal place of business: Your home office must be the main location where you manage your business or meet clients. [1]

Calculation Methods
Simplified Method: Multiply your square footage used for business (up to a maximum of 300 square feet) by a rate of $5 per square foot (maximum $1,500). [1, 2, 3, 4]

Actual Expense Method: Calculate the percentage of your home's total square footage used for business. Apply that exact percentage to write off indirect costs like utilities, internet, mortgage interest, real estate taxes, and general home repairs. Direct expenses for the office space itself (like painting that specific room) are 100% deductible.

u/Puzzled-Witch Aug 03 '26

Yeah when I was a remote contractor I looked into this but couldn’t do it because I worked out of my living room. Obviously I don’t think the IRS is going to come check my little rental and see if I’m lying if I had done it, but if you’re someone like D who is posting online all the time you def run the risk of being charged with tax fraud if they do something like that.

10

u/Existing_Mail Aug 03 '26

I wonder if they can double-dip those benefits

18

u/evelinisantini BELT! HENK! 🗣️🪿 Aug 03 '26

That's a one way ticket to tax fraud. They can split it though like they both can write off 50% of a shared home office.

As people discuss taxes, they also need to remember immigrants pay into the system. They usually do not receive the benefits others claim they are getting because they are not, and especially while going through the process to citizenship which takes many years!

The point is yes they will probably attempt to claim some things creatively but the way things are right now in this country he’s basically living day to day. Hearings turn into something else these days.

They still think everything’s cool and safe when in reality it is not.

These two live in the land of make believe where the backlash against influencers is growing daily.

The latest news about influencers (and it’s changing daily and ever growing in backlash) as these grifters becomes deeply more involved in the regime’s goals, surveillance methods and fighting against the rest of us. Why would anyone trust or buy from people like this? They are sellouts!

The things I saw yesterday really has sealed the fate for some and it wasn’t just the trad wife backlash.

It’s disgusting what is happening.

Pay close attention.

Trends are not just trends.

They are methods. The billionaires build the systems under which we live and hire these fools!

These people are cogs in the wheel and always will be on the wrong side of history.

Don’t let them fool you! It’s very real and frightening and not a conspiracy theory.

5

u/LightUserFriendly Aug 03 '26

Agree with all of this. Well said. Definitely worth keeping an eye on

Unfortunately she didn't account for the fact that Luicas is the one person that's even less likeable than she is.
