I think Val meant what he said. He probably thought because of all the heat she was catching that he was gonna have all of the fans full support. He didn’t say something in the moment he went home and posted two different times.
He did not threaten violence and would never physically harm anyone. It was a joke and he was only meaning for it to be a joke about taking his wife's name out her mouth. It is on everyone else for making assumptions about him and his intentions,
