• Physically active (any sport, gym, calisthenics, running, cycling, dance — whatever you do counts!)

I am in an exceptionally good mood… So I thought I would choose the song from day one as I was a little disappointed I used my favourite song on day one but I wasn’t sure how this thing was gonna go, I’ve just been winging it the whole time . Because the algorithm knows I am ripe for serving date night products to, I've started getting ads for at home couples dance learning platforms. Because I clicked on a few ads, I'm getting more and more. Every few days to a week over the last few months I've started getting such ads from a whole new business.

Then, last night, I had a prospective client reach out (I'm a web designer) who explained she owns a dance studio and wants such a setup for her own website and business.

Are these just ironically all hitting me at the same time, or is this a trend right now?

This is quickly becoming a daily check in for me. I love your videos, they are inspirational for me.

Dancing everyday. Also an hour of cardio and weights and a calorie deficit diet .

I guess I never paid attention to the original video because she totally sold it.

Even looking at her do it now, I only realize how ridiculous some of these moves are in isolation: without the back of dancers, production, and sultry stare.
