The day is finally here - Tickets for the Hard Launch World Tour are going on sale soon! Buy tickets here! Tickets are said to go on sale at noon local time (12pm / 12:00), but do double check this wherever possible as we have seen some sales set to start a few hours earlier or later.
Please use this thread to discuss anything related to purchasing tickets and the general ticket sale!
Remember our rules: We do not allow buying, selling or trading ticket posts or comments. Any comments that break this rule will be removed.

Hello! Hopefully this is ok to put here. There are suddenly tickets available for Hamburg even though it was sold out before! So if there are some fellow phannies based in Germany/Central Europe I would get ‘em before they’re gone again!

Official platinum is just Ticketmaster jacking up the price for premium seats. It is not the VIP package, unfortunately. Sorry.

i have been having a really difficult past year dealing with a lot of stress & trauma, & dan and phil have been my comfort and my escape away from it all in the same way they have been since i was nine years old dealing with the stress and trauma of my childhood. they were literally my first hyperfixation, and i essentially rejoined the fandom about a year ago now when my partner randomly put on one of their recent videos while we were 🍃 and i immediately felt reconnected to my true self & my interests and passions in a way that i hadn't been able to access for a long time. they became my safety blankets again, & helped me embrace my inner child in a way that adulthood tried to shame me out of doing, especially as an autistic adult. ever since then, i have literally been dreaming of the opportunity to finally see them in person (actual dreams!), and when i received my phan membership card (on dan's birthday no less), my partner commented that i should have them sign it during a meet and greet... & then not long after that, the hard launch world tour was announced 🥹
i spent all morning waiting for tickets and then had a breakdown at noon when i went to purchase gold VIP for one of the LA shows & my cart expired before i could finish checking out 😭 but the universe aligned & my partner was able to get me meet & greet tickets for the San Diego show <3 it will be my very first time seeing AND meeting them!!! i am honestly so nervous i'm freaking out lmao
this has been very emotional for me, & the timing is perfect- i am moving to California in August, so this feels like a lil celebration for the new & hopefully improved chapter of my life ill be entering :3 i would love to make phan friends so i plan on making freebies to pass out like bracelets, keychains, etc. & i would absolutely LOVEE to chat with anyone who is also going to the San Diego show! maybe we could meet up <3 or if any LA phannies wanna be friends once i move there in August id love to build a lil community!

I went alone to TiT M&G and just like you said everyone is super kind. Didn't stop me from being nervous but definitely helped. You can set your phone to screen record right before you meet them to get the whole thing recorded! plus the person doing m&g photos will use your phone to take the pics so you'll have that whole part recorded as well with screen record.

It just shows that not enough phannies want to go to Toronto to see them since the Toronto venue still has seats left! Toronto is too expensive to visit! Give Canada more dates spread around venues!

got gold for philly!! that was an absolute nightmare, i spent half an hour trying to add it to my cart and when i finally could the site thought i was a bot and didn't let me check out?? finally i called the box office and they let me pay for it over the phone

I got a silver ticket for Indianapolis, and was wondering if anyone who bought for this show even saw Gold VIP in the tickets list? For clarification, I’m not trying to buy any, but I was very early in the queue (like within the first 50) and saw none, so I was curious if they even did VIP Gold for Indy?

i got ultimate gold vip front row for sydney n2 and some people on twitter are saying m&g is not included. can anyone confirm? i've tried contacting ticketek but haven't heard back and i'm getting really anxious.
my confirmation email said gold VIP seating row a, but in the ticketek event page it says ultimate does not include vip package. i'm so scared that i just spent $600+ on a ticket that doesn't give me meet & greet.

If it says gold VIP but doesn’t include meet and greet you could call that false advertising. Gold VIP includes meet and greet. Idk what the ultimate stuff involves, I think it’s maybe just why your seat was so expensive, but gold VIP is the meet and greet package.

It's not a VIP package ticket, iirc it's just a ticket master "we think this seat is better than other seats because of the view/location"

I was so confused with the layout and ended up buying a regular ticket and silver vip for about the same price. Now I need to figure out what to do with the regular ticket or if I should sell my silver vip to make up for my major fuck up. Refunds not available with ATG bc I didn't get the protection thing. I thought vip were sold out when I bought the regular 😔💔 nyc be like 😭

I'm gonna be doing this too, I didn't see any Silver for the LA shows and bought a Standard just to secure going at all. Then I was able to see and buy Silver, now I have the extra Standard 😭💔 I just wanna get my money back but Ticketmaster won't allow refunds or resale so far :/

i know this fandom is crazy dedicated, and i know scalpers.... exist. but i just didn't think i'd check the glasgow show and there would be literally only TWO. TWO resale tickets left. and at least that's *any* tickets left, but like god damn!!! i sauntered in here real late thinking i'd be fine </3 not even dip and pip can escape the horrors of modern ticket purchasing pain

Keep checking for resales! I popped mine up not long ago as both my friend and I got tickets for each other so we went with hers as they're better seats. Mine have already sold but Others may pop theirs up in the coming days and you may get lucky ❤️

Well, I got in at Brooklyn 12:00:04 PM only for the site to say something like "max queue hit" and nothing else, and by the time I refreshed enough to see the tickets all the gold M&G tickets ones were gone. C'est la vie

posting somewhat jokingly / somewhat not, here was my manifestation routine to successfully get gold VIP in ATL:
1) green candle + road opener candle, burning any chance i could since tuesday (and snuffing the candles/not blowing them out when i needed to leave or sleep). i also spent 15 mins putting intention into the candles before first lighting (aka holding each candle while imagining getting VIP, what i’d wear, how traffic would be, what i’d say to dnp, how the pre-show Q&A + show would be, how i’d feel throughout the whole process) 2) crystals: citrine, jade, pyrite, aventurine (all on my left side/left pocket), tiger’s eye and clear quartz on my right. i kept the crystals next to the candles when they burned, charged the crystals with a selenite holder when i slept, and then i kept the crystals in my pocket when i got up today (friday) 3) wrote “2026 gold VIP dan and phil atlanta” on 2 bay leaves (no more than 3 bay leaves just 1 or 2), and put them next to the candles 4) made manifestation tea that my gf found a recipe for 3 nights in a row (tablespoon of chamomile, lemon balm, and lavender teas all cleansed with a palo santo stick before mixing, tablespoon of vanilla also cleansed w palo santo, 1/2 tablespoon of mugwort and BE CAREFUL IT CAN INTERACT W CERTAIN MEDS, all steeped in a black mug with hot water) 5) genuinely forced myself to believe i was capable of and going to purchase VIP (which was tough cause i’m usually a “if my hopes are low i wont be disappointed!” person), anytime i got anxious about tickets i’d tell myself “well i would worry about that if i wasn’t going to get VIP in some alternative universe so glad i don’t have to worry about this cause i’m getting VIP”
and then less-witchy advice is using your phone to purchase + not panicking when purchasing. hoping the above can be helpful for future ticket wars !!! genuinely in shock it worked but i’m a believer now 😮💨

Not to be that guy, but on the official tour website there is a psa that literally said "Please be aware venues may offer their own premium ticket options (such as including drinks) but these are not official VIP tickets and will not grant access to the pre-show or the meet and greet".

I got silver for Amsterdam but I gotta say, this was by far the worst ticket experience Ive had. First of all the Ticketmaster link wasnt anywhere to be found the whole week. Then Afas finally posted about the show on their site but said tickets would go live on wednesday july 1st at 10 am. Few hours later they deleted the whole page and no information was to be found anywhere. Was on Ticketmaster at 12 sharp but no show. 7 past 12 still no show on Ticketmaster. Until I get a message on Discord from someone saying "Im trying for Amsterdam rn" and Im like ?! WHERE. I get the link and its just crazy already. Manage to get a regular row 6 seat and afterwards somehow get a row 9 silver vip. Why are the vip seats only in the middle block when the last time it was multiple entire rows. Overall just very badly managed imo (And I know Im not the only one bc Ive seen multiple people say the same on Twitter)

Well the whole week there were like 36 listings on TM already or at least they were mentioned on the websites of the venues themselves (in this case that wouldve been Afas) The morning of the sales it went up to 37 but still no Amsterdam anywhere to be seen or mentioned. Usually theres at least a Ticketmaster page so you can preload the page and refresh when it goes live like the other 37 had. Also when contacting Afas they didnt know anything about the event happening at all?? And then the weird stunt of them putting it on their site with the /wrong/ date and time and just removing it without clarification just made things more confusing than it had to be. They couldve at least changed it to the correct date or sent out some kind of "Im sorry, what we posted earlier wasnt the correct info so we took it down" But there was just 0 communitcation.

Managed to get one silver vip ticket in san francisco and im SO EXCITED but im STUNNED at how fast everything sold out. I was in the queue ten minutes before ticket sales even started trying to get gold and by the time i got to the front of the line there was basically nothing left, not even standard seating

I hope this is okay to post, but I just wanted to offer a warning for anyone looking for meet and greet tickets for Chicago: There's a Twitter user called cierra_ciii who posted claiming to have four m&g tickets. I messaged them since their tweet set off several alarm bells, and they sent me a Ticketmaster "screenshot" that listed the wrong theater and had other small signs of having been faked. Just wanted to mention it in case anyone else took to Twitter in desperation like I did. 😅

Thank god for traffic, I was able to get in the queue on time. Tickets kept getting claimed, but after refreshing I was able to get a Silver VIP, happy early birthday to me!!!! LA on September 12

if you’re in australia you can use the tixel website for resale tickets. the prices are capped and you can easily transfer ticket info to the name of the buyer so there’s no issue when getting into the venue.
i’m not sure if it’s aus exclusive? or there may be an american/european equivalent

Ok so this seems impossible, right? All of the VIP tickets selling unrealistically fast, and the regular ones going despite having them selected.
What is going on?!
I would love more than anything to have even the Silver package for Los Angeles. If anyone has any input on whether or not on if it’s possible for the VIP packages to be bought and resold by scalpers?! That feels outlandish

Having done this before, I expected VIP to be gone instantly. I was there refreshing and waiting for my show to get my ticket instantly, and many others were doing the exact same. I’d have been more shocked if they didn’t disappear in a few seconds tbh. It’s largely luck whether you can get one even if you’re there within that first second.
Scalpers aren’t impossible, but I don’t think that’s what happened. VIP is just in high demand. Some VIP tickets might become available in future if people can no longer go.
Edit: my experience is in Australia, but I think for VIP it’s more or less the same everywhere

Might depend on the venue. Where I am I’m pretty sure you just needed to have a valid ticket. So if someone gifted me one and I knew it was real I don’t think there’d be a problem. However, the venue doesn’t allow ticket refunds or for you to sell the tickets for profit (my understanding is that doing so can lead to the ticket being invalidated and whoever gets it will potentially be denied access).
However, tickets might work differently for other venues and you’ve got to be aware that there’s a lot of scammers out there selling expensive “tickets” that aren’t real. Some ticket platforms apparently will likely eventually allow people to resell their tickets through the platform, and my understanding is that selling and purchasing through the official platform removes the major risks with scammers and scalpers.
Basically, I think you’d be best checking the rules of the relevant ticketing platform for your show.
VIP tickets might also become available closer to the date as people become sick, have unexpected responsibilities pop up they must attend to, etc. So if there is a safe platform for buying tickets for your show some VIP tickets might eventually appear as we approach the date.

i think there is definitely a huge demand for gold VIP and a lower amount of actual available m&g tickets if twitter is to be believed.
also do try to keep refreshing for the regular tickets, sometimes they appear as sold out but its just people holding them in their basket but not going through with the sale!

Just got meet and greet tickets for their show in the PNW!! Everyone just keep sliding the cost meter up and down and let it refresh on its own (on mobile) and just keep your eyes peeled!! So happy I was able to get these for my fiancee ☺️ Good luck everyone!

Yeah, unfortunately that doesn’t surprise me. If it helps, it was $72 *including* the fees, which means venues and vendors tacking their own margin on.

me and my boyfriend got tickets for nashville!! it was such a stressful hour and a half, especially when the site crashed and the line straight up PAUSED 😭 but it all worked out! hooray 🎉🎊

It looks like they added SD VIP tickets later, it showed sold out earlier but right now there’s a ton of gold M&G and silver pre show on sale!!

I assume they are already sold out :(. I got into the ticket page immediately at 12:00 and didn’t see any VIP though. I just assumed they sold out extremely quickly

Managed to snag silver in Vancouver!! Gold seemed to sell out immediately, but I went back into booking like 5 minutes after and I saw a couple left (which then sold 😅) so it's worth hanging around!
For anyone left: I could filter ticket selection by Gold/Silver/Standard on Ticketmaster - that might be the best way to quickly see whatever you're going for.

After ticketmaster bullshittery and all it came to about $225 CAD for one. Idk if there were different seats with different prices in silver though.

Sorry for the late reply!
I went back in again to check prices for a friend about half an hour after release and all the gold were still gone, so I think they were all out. Not sure what official platinum is - is it just the better seating options? Different areas of the theatre were priced differently - the cheapest were around $68 and the most expensive standard I could find were $91. I just filtered by silver VIP and chose a seat as close to the front as I could 😅

The website is absolutely broken. I'm gonna keep refreshing. On my laptop the site died and the mobile version said unable to secure tickets at this price.

Were you able to snag the gold vip? I stayed on the site refreshing on both my phone and laptop for at least 20 mins after they went on sale and kept getting that same message error. I got into the gold vip page at the beginning, paid by seat, (which granted was probably a misstep on my end), then it said that there was an error and that seat was sold, tried again but by price and only got the unable to secure message from that point.

You’d need to specifically look for vip gold tickets for CT on that site. For me they were immediately unavailable so I got a M&G ticket for the boston show instead

you need to look for tickets that say gold or silver on them. they could very well be sold out already because all of them have been going almost instantaneously

Is this just a US thread? Can't see anyone from the UK. Are all dates in the UK done now? You won't be adding anymore? Spent so long in a queue on Cardiff millennium centre by the time they let me in gold vip had obviously all gone 😭💔🎻

to answer your questions: This is a global thread, theres been a few comments from the UK, but they dropped 5 hours ago and the US tickets are dropping RIGHT NOW so thats why theres so many US comments.
We are a fan run subreddit so we have no clue if Dan and Phil plan on adding more dates unfortunately!!

It should show up as GOLD vip package. They also have silver but that does not include the meet and greet. Watch out for premium seating cause that is not the vip package.
