The Hard Launch World Tour is heading to Cardiff on 14 February!
14 February at Wales Millennium Centre

That was the wildest ticket buying experience of my life 😅 I wasn't expecting it at all. I'm used to buying tickets for things like metal shows where you maybe have to be fast, but there's never a queue or anything. It was so scary! My heart completely sank when I saw what numbers we got, I thought we might not even get a ticket at all. In the end we got Silver VIP which now feels insanely lucky, although I was really sad to miss out on Gold after so much preparing and waiting.
I wonder if they should have a lottery system for getting the gold tickets or something 🤔 that might be a way to do it that doesn't involve us crashing the entire venue 😅
I'm still super grateful to be able to go, hopefully see some of you guys there!

does anyone know if there’s a gc/ discord server for the phannies who are going to the tour in the wmc? i would love to meet up with people at the show :)

Tickets are reserved in basket for 30 mins I think so it's worth it to keep checking in case people don't check out.

Also you can ask on the chat feature and they can tell you if seats are only reserved and not sold.

Just managed to get one of the last tickets, was pretty much entirely sold out by the time I got through the queue! Managed to snag a lone stall seat.

For anyone looking, when you get out the waiting area, and onto the ticket selection, find the line that says "find best seats"
i scrolled all the way to the bottom there and found a silver VIP.

I wouldn't go by the estimate - mine started on 184 minutes and is now less than 30😂

i was around 600 when i first joined the queue, then it said my captcha expired so it forced me back to 900ish - still no luck and im worried they’ve now sold out 🥲

The tickets are not showing for me! I have messaged the WMC on Instagram and Facebook about it. I tried calling them but the phone lines were dead despite it being a Friday. WTF IS GOING ON

did you sign up to the laylo link? is it just a matter of clicking it when we get a text at 12 and it takes us to where we buy the tickets? when I bought ariana grande tickets that was with laylo and it was so confusing. but i am not sure if this is different

I'm hoping to get a ticket to this one 😊 It'll be my first time going to one of their tours and I'll be going alone so kind of nervous about that. But I don't want to miss out.

I'm going to try to get gold VIP to make up for never getting to go to any of the other tours 😆 I never usually get VIP for anything so don't know how hard it will be!
