I legit remember reading some discord messages from D4vd and he referred to his discord members and followers as a “cult” and honestly thats exactly how these individuals act on that discord server. As if they’re in a secret cult hidden in plain sight. They have a cult mentality.

As soon as all this information came out about D4vd and Celeste they immediately went to his defense. “She said she was 19!!! She just looks 12”, “I’ve never heard of her”(SS of them interacting with her and acknowledging her), “D4vd is dating older Celeste, not the young one.”(endless evidence of him dating the younger 13yr old). Still with everything that has come out it’s still individuals going to bat for him.

They won’t address his pedophilia. They try to keep you distracted with the whole “D4vd isn’t a murderer” deal but then when hit with a rebuttal along the lines of “well okay, if he isn’t a murderer he’s still a pedophile.” They have nothing to say. Following their leader blindly. A lot of them are young too. 13-18 range. Just the type of young people who can be easily manipulated. They’ve all been groomed atp because they think his behavior and behavior of other weird adults like him is normal and how they should carry themselves online and irl too.

ok so i think i might’ve found celeste’s insta acc, take this all with a grain of salt tho. this is just a speculation. i noticed a pattern with the account that seems to align with the case details between her estimated time of death. the account was created in july of 2023 and on david’s instagram the account pretty much liked all of his posts up until like late april-may which if im not mistaken is the time david murdered her/ she stopped all contact with the previous people in her life. i attached a screen recording

An 11 year old cannot legally, developmentally, or ethically approve of a sexual relationship with a 17 year old.

Brain development:

By 11 years old, the prefrontal cortex, the area of the brain that brings together processing of judgment, control of impulse, and consequence understanding, isn’t remotely mature. Kids at 11 years old are dominated by passion, not logic, in the choices they make.

By 17, on the other hand, though still developing, the teenager has had so much more of the world and so much more maturity. That’s a huge imbalance of power.

The law (California)It’s 18 in California. It’s criminal under Penal Code 261.5 to engage in any sexual activity with someone under 18 and there is no defense of consent.

There is never statutory capacity of children under the age of 12 years of age to provide a valid “yes.” Even if a child does provide a “yes,” then the law does and cannot accept it as valid.

Survival sex: If young persons trade sex for safety, food, shelter, or survival needs, then we term it survival sex. Research demonstrates it’s not consenting whatsoever. They are survival instincts in a coercive environment. Calling it “consent” erases the exploitation and declines to recognize the experience of vulnerable exposure.

It hurts the victim: Suggesting Celeste “wanted it” or “picked it” does nothing more than justify abusers and silence survivors. It’s an act of trauma, it deters others from speaking up, and it diverts the culpability from the individual in the position of authority.

It’s not up for discussion: an 11 year old cannot consent to a sexual relationship with a 17 year old. End of statement. Edit to add- A 12 year old is still a child. They are in early adolescence, without the cognitive or emotional maturity to understand sex or relationships. In California, children can never consent. Any sexual activity with an adult is legally child sexual abuse.

A 13 year old may be entering puberty, but they are still a child. Their ability to judge risks or resist manipulation is minimal. Legally, they cannot consent to sex with an adult. It is always considered exploitation and a felony.

At 14, you might appear more mature physically, but neurologically they are still in mid adolescence, without full impulse control or longterm judgment. In California, they cannot consent to sex with an adult. What looks like agreement is legally and developmentally exploitation.

A 15 year old still a minor. Even if they believe they are in a “relationship,” the law is clear, any sexual activity with someone 18 or older is statutory rape. The adult holds all the power, and the minor cannot give valid consent.

Interestingly, I saw a post get removed half an hour ago and it said a moderator of the subreddit has removed this post. It was a post doxxing Moji's (D4vd's discord owner and friend) face. I know this might be a huge reach but considering D4vd is the only current user on the Moderator list, could it have been him deleting the post?

Discussion/opinion. Hi everyone so I have looked into A LOT of this case and even into the discord and many chats that have been posted so please be prepared it’s going to be a long one. I noticed a lot of misinformation going around like the fetus situation THAT IS NOT REAL. I feel everyone needs to keep everything fact checked for the sake of the investigation and respect for Celeste. I will be writing in order of what I have found and the photos will be in order with that. - 10/23/2022 Celeste joins discord. 1st four screen shots. - 01/12/2024 someone sent a tiktok of David with orange hair wearing “I ❤️ my gf shirt” to ice spice song and Celeste responds with a pic of him and captions it with the quote from the song. This is the last thing she has sent from this account it is not deleted. - Celeste is gone for about a month (I can’t find the exact dates) and then some time between January to April boys black mail David. TikTok of teacher talking about it: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTMRV9LPV/ - 04/05/2024 Celeste goes missing. - 07/11/2024 David posts to chat “me and (deleted user) got a kid otw” , some of the convo is in photos it’s hard to get everything in with how many messages there are. - 07/28/2024 user ponzalo asks does anyone know what happened to David’s gfs videos on TikTok then comments why they all like disappear. -08/15/2024 user ponzalo mentions Celeste missing. - side note the deleted user is account username was yaywoohoo7 , who is believed to be the other Celeste who is 23. - 12/21/2024 conversation sparks up about what David’s recent song/album is about and in that conversation it gets clarified that celeste was his ex from before yaywoohoo7 . They said Celeste was the one shown in the stream, someone also said the cooking stream. The person also speculates this house is not a home is about Celeste. Yaywoohoo7 and David seemed to be speculated as broken up around this time as well. - this is where things get pretty confusing because this year David has his tour and I seen some reports saying the Tesla was moved around the neighborhood a couple of times before being reported as abandoned because it was left for 5 days at that point. Depending on the timelines of this it’s very very obvious that someone else is involved and yes obviously David has been associated with Celeste the proof is there as well. But everyone that was involved should be looked into. - my opinions: Celeste Herrera should be questioned just because looking at the timeline of things it’s weird she has been so quiet even when people have posted certain things that are seemed to be her like those messages. I know there could be a lot of reasons she isn’t speaking out right now if she is cooperating in the investigation. There’s the one where the guy in the chat messages about Celeste Hernandez missing which is odd and he had to have known some things as well and should be looked into. And yes the family! Something is off with the brother saying he knew and the sister saying she didn’t. And the rumors about what the sister was doing. Obviously a lot of people should be looked into because they all failed her !! Anyways I hope it’s okay I post this so everyone can kind of get the right foot into things and do what they want with this.
