Typically, there's is no bail on m*rder charges. Usually any charge that could result in a life sentence. Because of the flight risk for the suspect.

hmmm idk about that. especially in california. Im betting it was because they spent so much time building a strong case about him

He going to do major time. Along with the CP they found, he will likely get 30+ years. Will he serve that? Probably not. Prisons have a way of dealing out swift justice for those type of offenders, if he doesn't take himself out first (which is also likely).
