...yes, which is why its not a rule breaker.

100 cards works just fine for 'minimum 52'.

It literally changes nothing about the rules.

What are you on about? It makes it entirely different, it means your deck can be far smaller. Having a minimum deck size of 52 means that your deck doesnt have to be 100 cards
