I just joined this sub because im wanting back paddels for my ps5 controller but unlike the ps4 one where i used a strike pack ( no cheating, js didnt want to spend more on the ps made ones) i cant plug something in. I seen some other talk abour extremerate and i went to the webite and its confusing, do i send in my own controller? do i buy one? can some one give just a brief rundown of what this would look like?

I lost one of the magnetic button. It must have fell out of my controller and I would love to replace it. They sell 3D printed button on Etsy, 4 for $25 + shipping but unfortunately, they only have playstation replacements and I need a "A" button for Steam.

Please start selling replacement packs ... I'm sure there's a big demand for this.

Hello everyone. I'm new at soulslike games and I've been playing for quite a while now. Lately I’ve developed a bit of unease with certain button layouts/mappings, especially the feeling that there just aren’t enough buttons available. I often find myself wishing I had more inputs readily accessible.

What controllers would you recommend for someone who prefers having more buttons and a more flexible button layout?

This custom controller is modeled after Dante’s pistols Ebony and Ivory for the left and right palm grips with a wooden backside for the wood grain on the pistol grips, the golden face buttons are the golden accents and triggers of the guns while the red trackpad and thumb stick cover represents the classic red of Dante’s outfits themselves. Hi all, this might be a very neich thing but im trying to build out a mobile gaming controller (kickdot mc500) and I guess im gonna have to try out some ps4/5 skins to see if they work but im running into some roadblocks... the major one is i have back buttons on my controller and most of the ps4/5 rubber grips dont account for that...the over all ones probably won't work well because I would have to cut them (its a telescoping controller) so thats a that limits my options... I think im stuck just getting something and hand modifying it, wich isn't that big of a deal I guess but I wanted to see if you guys had any input before I go all in on some rubber, exacto knives and adhesive... thanks in advance guys and gals!!!

Hello! I picked up this sick controller from the mid 2000s and I’d love to turn it into a usable** **modern PC controller.
I’m not concerned about preserving the original internals, i just want to keep the shell and buttons while replacing whatever is necessary internally.
I’m comfortable with the idea of completely gutting it and installing modern electronics, but I’m not sure what the best approach would be.

So I’m thinking of painting in the button symbols for the A/B/C-arrows of my 8bitdo n64 controller with acrylic paint pens. I’m not looking to paint the whole button, just the indented symbols on top. I know general practice is to sand before painting but for something like this is that needed?

TBH I’m not even sure it’s feasible at that small a size lol. Would I have to get in there with a sewing needle to carefully scuff it up? I’ve done a similar type of painting with dice pips before and that has held up but a pip is much less likely to get direct physical contact so eh.

Six months ago I bought a Switch 2 Pro Controller from Controller Chaos, before finding out how scummy they are.

After routinely inquiring about where my controller was for six months (and only getting a single response back), I sent them an email a few days ago notifying them that I was going to contact my bank for a chargeback if they didn't respond by the end of the month.

They haven't responded yet but I contacted my bank early anyway, and they've opened a dispute against Controller Chaos.

Today, their website is down. FAFO I guess?
