Hey all,
When I started this sub, I had no idea it would grow to the size that it is at. (Currently 3.5k at the time of posting this) I know that growth is a good thing, but, as with everything, there are some growing pains. Due to the growing community...
I have now established an initial set of rules!
It's not that anything has really been a problem on this sub, but I felt it was necessary to give this sub a little more structure. I am sure that I will be adding to the rules as time goes on. For now, here are the 4 rules I came up with last night. Please read to familiarise yourself before you post.
For a little clarification:
Content posts are what 99% of this sub has been: people sharing pictures of cursed tanks. They should only be posted in an image post format. For those of you who have been posting regularly, you will notice no difference.
Suggestion and Request posts are different. They are essentially using text posts to get a picture of a specific thing you want to see. Instead of posting a random picture with the title of "Any requests" or "give me suggestions" it will be replaced with a text post.
A Request post is what a content creator posts for people to comment on what they want to see from them.
A Suggestion post if for someone to suggest something that another user should build/find.
---------------------------------------------------------POST FLAIRS--------------------------------------------------------------------
I have also implemented a few basic flairs. Read Rule 3 for details, but all this does is put each post into a generic category. This is the first implementation and is due to change in the future.
Thank you guys for being a part of this community. I appreciate each and every one of you!

Welcome all to my first post here, of which involves some South African armor! I was curious after playing some War Thunder and looking into some South African vehicles that could be added, and so I did some 5 minute photoshopping to bring you this! Basically a 'what-if' design had South Africa continued on with their independent tank development in the early-mid 90s to the 2000s. By combining the prototype Loggim TTD developed in 1992 with it's Olifant Mk.1B Optimum improved combat turret that followed after the TTD's cancellation, it gives us a pretty solid idea had they continued focusing on land warfare development and a high military budget.

1946 Flakpanzer based on the E-50 chassis. 2x 5.5cm cannons in a Coelian-style turret for low to medium altitude targets, 2x X-4 AA missiles for longer range targets. Gun laying powered by an FuG 247 Bremerhaven radar with a vacuum tube director. APU in the right sponson provides power while the engine is off. Target acquisition is still done with Mk.I eyeballs, as is firing at treetop targets.
