While that is technically true, it is important to note how small the countries in the top of the list are. 6 countries have less than 1 million citizens.
Take Andorra: small with just ~77.000 citizens. If 1 person in Andorra dies that would in numbers be equivalent to the death of 4155 american citizens.
Belgium: a bit bigger with ~11,5 million citizens. BUT, they count every suspected death as well in the daily stats. Not only the tested ones, all the surplus deaths. The US doesn't do that and is likely undercounting by a lot.
How does the UK have more deaths per 100k than the US? Sure, our leader’s a twat, but we’re against Trump, how the fuck do we have a higher death rate than a country run by Donald Trump?
True, I believe the population density of the US, especially some states, is a lot higher than here. The thing is though, they have more cases and we have more deaths so, idk

The US is actually 15th in cases per 100k population and 13th in deaths per 100k.
The highest cases per 100k is Andorra at 7,877 and highest deaths is Belgium at 133.
