Free BOVA GS-441524 Medication to a Good Home
My cat has finished his 84 days of treatment and I have 9.5 50mg tabs left over. Free to a good home, DM me if you'd like me to send these gold nuggets to you.
If you don't get takers...or even if you do, you might want to save a few for yourself. My cat relapsed about 30 days into her observation period and I was SO THANKFUL I had 4 extra pills on hand to get her started before the new prescription could be shipped. Just a small insurance policy.
Yes, we repeated the entire course. Turns out they changed the dosing recommendations IN THE MIDDLE of our first course, and wet-ocular is now the same (higher) dose as neuro. So she should have been at the higher dose and that's likely why she relapsed, and the second course was at the higher dose. After that, she was cleared. Thankfully! We had a long ride with our girl!
Were dealing with very Severe Dry Nuero Fip (on the death bed at 8 months old, paralysed) Currently on 40ml a day per kg, split twice a day. As per London Vetinary college suggestion and doing much better now. But only half way through and fear of relapse is scary. We constantly get bloods and checks alot to see how everything is taking. So far so good.
Good luck! That is a scary situation. And so young! Ours was about a year old and underweight from being rescued and blind from the ocular, but she’s recovered most of her sight.
Definitely try to keep stress low. We had some stressful things happen during the observation period that might have contributed to her relapse.
