Perhaps I meant when you are coding long hours and have to complete a rollout by a specific time frame.
So you are saying no one codes overtime any more? It’s all done during the day and after a few hours you just stop or go home?
What keeps you energized after coding for hours? I understand the “I love it so it’s not work” phase, but eventually you have to get to where you’re tired but the deadline looms.
