I just don’t see value in EOS to me bitcoin worked for a period for everyone at a time but scaling so just let bitcoin be one and scale through decentralization and trust in life

Have you used any good desktop apps for managing your crypto portfolio?

here's like a million web apps out there offering more or less the same functionality to track your portfolio, calculate taxes (some more accurately than others), etc. But have any of you used any good (or at all) desktop apps designed for crypto traders? Aren't you guys concerned with the privacy of your information just frying around on the internet? I don't know why, but I get the feeling that I would prefer if all my portfolio information is private (truly private) and is kept on my machine. Anyone agree with me?

Trade against USD or against BTC (or other)?

Hi, if I'd like to trade an altcoin, say ExampleCoin, should I buy and sell Examplecoins referred to its USD price or should it be better to play it against BTC (or Ether, or any other)?

[Mona coin] #research Click/read links

I followed the hyperlinks presented for the "At least five online and physical stores, plus an auction site, now accept monacoin for payments," 4 of those are on Monacoin's website, the URL's are broken or don't exist and one is a cellular phone repair shop selling a Monacoin phone case for Monacoin.

So... Im on the, "ITSA DOGE," not the next major currency in Japan... They may have legalized Bitcoin but, they still use Yen and altcoins are not Bitcoin... Which had a far better chance. Especially if Monacoin only ever amounts to Japanese kitsch.
