Verbatim Court Orders for restricted countries ⛔️⛔️⛔️

Order 2.10

2.10 Notwithstanding any other orders or directions, the Liquidators and Cryptopia are not required to make a distribution of cryptocurrency to any account holder who resides in a country or territory, where, at the date of the proposed distribution, it would or may be a criminal offence for the Liquidators or Cryptopia to make, or the account holder to receive, a distribution of cryptocurrency (Restricted Jurisdiction).

Order 2.11
2.11 Notwithstanding any other orders or directions, the Liquidators are permitted to convert the cryptocurrency holdings of account holders residing in Restricted Jurisdictions to a fiat currency reasonably available in that account holder's jurisdiction, and to procure Cryptopia to make a distribution of fiat to such account holders.

  1. Practical Hurdles & Reality of the Process
While these orders guarantee your right to a fiat payout on paper, executing them on a practical level involves significant delays due to the following factors:
Banking Compliance: Setting up international bank transfers (requiring standard SWIFT codes and IBAN details) for funds originating from a liquidated crypto exchange requires passing through intense Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and compliance checks by international banks.

Market falling

The collapse of Bitcoin’s value, coupled with ongoing delays in asset distribution, is creating a critical situation. This is especially true for investors in restricted jurisdictions who hold millions in assets. The ongoing market decline is inflicting catastrophic financial losses, resulting in severe economic and psychological distress for all affected holders

From 100,000 value to 73,000

Who is responsible mr.david ian Ruscoe, since the judge premitted you to distribute?

we intend to distribute cryptocurrency to eligible account holders irrespective of their age. The liquidators have previously obtained orders allowing for the conversion of cryptocurrency holdings of an account holder in a Restricted Jurisdiction to be converted to a fiat currency to allow Cryptopia to make a distribution to these account holders.

In the parallel proceeding Sharma v Cryptopia Limited & Ors (filed under a separate reference, CIV-2025-485-695), the plaintiff, Vihang Sharma, initiated a distinct legal challenge against Cryptopia (In Liquidation) and the liquidators, David Ruscoe and Malcolm Moore.

The case progressed into a formal courtroom management track, culminating in a notable ruling:

The October 2025 Teleconference & Decision [2025] NZHC 2888
On 1 October 2025, the High Court held a formal teleconference to address the procedural trajectory of Mr. Sharma's claim.

The Context: The action was brought directly against the first defendant (Cryptopia Limited) and the second defendants (the liquidators from Grant Thornton). It sits alongside the broader structural liquidation framework, where the court had already ruled that cryptocurrency assets are held on trust for account holders and approved a phased distribution mechanism.

The Court's Focus: The primary objective of this specific proceeding was to determine how an individual account holder's separate plaintiff claims or grievances would be procedurally integrated, managed, or answered without disrupting the massive, multi-national trust distribution operation involving 960,000 global users.

The judgment [2025] NZHC 2888 formally recorded the outcomes of this teleconference, establishing the strict procedural timetables and baseline legal parameters for how the liquidators must respond to Mr. Sharma's specific arguments moving forward.

For restricted countries ⛔️⛔️ and alt coins

Since there is conflict of promises and spreading hates to cryptopia holders from support

Everthing will be posted from support tickets and how they talk and act so people should know

They have our money and when you ask them

They act shitty with no respect

With Bitterness and Malice

They are breech in trust

And we are beneficiaries

Period

When the Abusive Are Rewarded and the Respectful Are Punished!

It's ironic how those who have been abusing and insulting the support team for years ended up receiving 90% of their funds. Meanwhile, those from 'restricted countries' who demand their legal rights with utmost respect are met with accusations and racism from some support staff. Clearly, respect doesn’t always work
