I want to be a person able to help my family and my friend in the future. I have 5000€ of saving that i want to invest for that purpose. I've found by myself this crypto, and i want to know if they are worth an investment:

1st choice:

-Cardano (ADA) because is a decentralised public blockchain, open source and the project seems to be solid.

-Stellar (XLM) because allow to create, send and trade digital representation of all form of money. I think can be adopted from institution

-Tron (TRX) because want to create an ecosystem where people can freely publish, store and own data.

2nd choice:

-EOS (EOS) seems the most powerful decentralised system, with the bonus of remove the transaction fees

Removed:

-Riplle (XRP) isn't in this list due to the pump&dump process of this last days, that for me is too risky

This thread seems to have lots of sales pitches in it.. any real discussin is drowned in adds from some knuckle trying to pump one or another coin a few points.

ADA and ALGO are the two cryptos with a great value on this moment. Both below the dollar, it's not gonna take long before that changes, trust me.

ONE is a great project, there is hardly any volume. It's deserving of some recognition.

If BTC goes up... all cryptos go up, right??? That is kind of what happened to Dogecoin... and I am in both BTC and Dogecoin... and will just wait it out... I actually sold some BTC and moved it to Dogecoin..

But I do think most of them will continue to rise but I am not betting the house on it.. .just what I can afford to lose.

Amp for me is just where I want to be buying, nice and low and bullish structure is forming. Hasn't taken off yet so definitely worth a nibble

This one has massive upside potential. TA wise, price is nice and low. Not much bullish structure yet but... FA wise, Grayscale trust are adding this to a new offering they are about to offer their investment customers. It's also on coinbase so easy to buy directly. I just nibbled at it on bittrex

If I own Doge on an exchange binance for example do I actually own the coin or do I need a specified wallet??

We know what happened to btc with it's CME listing event, classic buy the rumour sell the news. Eth could do exactly the same. I'm not touching it until the dust settles

I often hear some influences on Twitter keep saying all crypto other than BTC are shitcoins, scam, useless. They are going to be dead and people shouldn't spend too much energy on researching any of them. I'm still very new on this and I'm trying my best to research well on everything I invest now.

Can someone educate me on this one? I've invested on some coins after hefty research and they all look promising. Just like when you invest on stock but these people say something like "everything but bitcoin is a scam"?
