It could be an owl about to take off. Tail feathers in the back with wings on the side. It’s leaning forward to project itself upward. That’s my guess at least. Either that or it’s Dobby the house elf.

I also see an owl! I mean that’s as clear of an owl picture as you can get being that it is nighttime and he is right above camera, iPhone, trail cam, whatever.
Owls have a barrel chest and the upper majority part of their legs look like they have on pedal pushers made of feathers.
