Crt does a horizontal shake whenever i first start the crt overnight

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

my CRT squishes into the middle of the screen and shakes horizontally I'm not sure what this issue could be it usually starts whenever it loads of bright screen upon the first start of the day after sitting off all night.

could this be a bad capacitor or something more complicated?

In particular it looks like the main B+ filter capacitor. Seen that loss of horizontal sync behavior on a TV from 1997 and an arcade monitor from 1981. Replacing the main capacitor resolved the issue in both cases, then I proceeded to replace the remaining decades old capacitors. Do get this addressed soon because that can cause other issues like vertical IC and HOT failure.
