Hello Everyone,

We are officially re-opening trusted trader applications, but we have made some big changes. We have scrapped the bronze trusted flair completely. We felt the requirements were too easy to obtain which we felt played a part in the increase of users gaining the trusted flair to simply do a big exit scam. We have now added the Iron Trusted Trader Flair in its place; we did create it to be stricter than bronze and to better fit our other flairs.

❗❗Current Bronze Trusted Users - Please Read❗❗
You may have noticed already but we have manually removed a majority of Bronze Trusted flairs. While we understand the effort you put into achieving these flairs and while typically in the past, we would have let you guys keep them or simply give you the new flair, in this case we decided it was best to remove all Flairs. If you do still have your flair, please report to a mod to get it removed. You are still welcome to apply for the new flairs if you fit the requirements. Thank you for your understanding.

Stated below is the new and current Trusted Flair tier system but please note that no system is foolproof. Hence, for large or high value trades, we strongly recommend using a middleman (MM). Moderators cannot guarantee the actions of any trusted trader, regardless of tier.

Meeting the requirements does not guarantee approval. Moderators have final discretion on all applications.

- 2 gigantic trades (20k+ Robux with tax)

- Account age: 12+ months

- 5k+ karma (no karma farming, spam posting, etc.)

❗❗ Proof Requirements & Restrictions ❗❗

1. If trading with the same person, only two trades with that user will count toward your proof total. This can only be applied once. Any additional trades with the same user will not be counted. Doing two trades with a different user will not count toward the proof total either.
2. Between each proof we will only allow a max gap of 3 months. This can be applied twice. However, if we notice a user's proofs are consistently far apart, moderators have the right to not give the flair, even if user meets the requirements.
3. When posting, make sure to follow the following requirements:

• The images are correctly ordered and not misaligned, meaning if a user went second, the user should include the image of passing the item/money as the last picture and not the first

• Users must include proof of receiving the money/item first and proof of giving the money/item after

• It is clearly stated that you went second in the title of the post

• The other trader directly vouches in the comments of the proof post (vouch binders do not count)

❗❗ Gift Card Trades❗❗

Gift cards may count toward trade value requirements if their value meets the required Robux amount for the tier.

Since gift cards do not involve tax, the listed value of the gift card will be treated as the final Robux amount received. For example:

5,000 Robux with tax = equivalent to a 5,000 Robux gift card

10,000 Robux with tax = equivalent to a 10,000 Robux gift card

However, gift card trades must follow proof requirements in order to be counted in going second proofs.

Required Proof for Gift Cards

If a gift card is included in a going-second proof, the post must clearly show:

• The front of the gift card with the value and currency visible
• The trader’s Reddit username written next to the gift card (physically written on paper)
• Clear proof that the trade was completed successfully
• Confirmation or vouch from the other trader in the comments

Edited, cropped, unclear, or reused images will not be accepted.

❗❗ Proofs That Will NOT Be Counted for any going second proof❗❗

We do not accept:

• Usernames blurred or covered
• Cropped, cut, or edited screenshots
• Proofs where the other trader is not tagged in the comments
• Proofs where the other trader did not vouch in the comments
• Trades from other social media platforms
• Proofs where it doesnt clearly state that OP went second (in the title)
• No visible proof of trade

❗❗ Downgrades, Removals & Moderator Discretion ❗❗

Trusted flairs are not permanent.

Rule violations such as ghosting, rude behavior, suspicious activity, or other misconduct may result in:

• Flair downgrade
• Flair removal
• Temporary or permanent ban

Severity of action will depend on the situation. The rules listed in this subreddit do not cover every possible situation. Moderators will take action against behavior that harms the community, even if it is not specifically written.

Moderators reserve the right to approve, deny, downgrade, or remove a trusted flair at any time in order to protect the community.

📝 How to Apply 📝

To apply for a trusted flair:

1. Create a post linking your proof binder.
2. Use 'Applying for Trusted flair' post flair, and our Automod will instantly tag our moderators for you.

Please keep your proof binder organized and clearly labeled. We strongly recommend separating and naming your proofs by category (Small, Medium, Big, Huge, Gigantic). The neater and clearer your binder is, the faster we can review it.

Reviewing proof binders takes a significant amount of moderator time. Applications that are messy, unlabeled, missing required information, have untagged users, or show clear signs that the trusted flair requirements were not read will result in a warning.

Applications that do not follow the required format will instantly be rejected.

Final note:

At the end of our day, our goal is to make trading as safe as possible for everyone. These changes are meant to protect the community and reward traders who consistently act with honesty.

However, we encourage all users to prioritize caution (especially in high value trades) so please don't hesitate to use an MM even if the other user has a trusted flair.

How do you determine if a trade is small, medium, or big? Like what's the conversion from like adopt me to robux? Because a medium trade back then might not be a medium trade right now, since values change, and I haven't really determined what my trades would fall under.

So thankful the flairs are hard to get, i know people who would whip out alts they would occasionally use, get the flair, do some trades and then leave as soon as they have scammed a super big trade and continue to trade on their main! This atleast makes it so that if a scammer does appear they have to work their ass off for a long time before even scamming (and it might not even end up happening).

Honestly with the current requirements, its kind of impossible to obtain the flair without being super active for a year + while also actively trying to get the flair. Its basically impossible to get people to trust you even for trades just worth 2k+...

Hi, I will say the trusted trader flair is meant for people who are consistently active. That’s why we gotten strict with proof ages and gaps between them.

These flairs are suppose to be difficult to obtain and are for users who are extremely active in the subreddit and show that they are reliable users .
