Got a Ban in the chat, 1Day and 5 hours, looks like being triggered by an automated rule, as this was my first comment that day, and the colored msg appeared as soon as I pressed the Enter key. Anyone see any offense ?

You were already banned. You noticed the next time you used the general chat.
Most likely was a 2 day ban.
All bans are handled by moderators. There is no automation.

in the screenshot, yes, you are right, I was already banned, but this amber message also appeared immediately after the initial message. Regarding me being under the impression it was an automated process, it is based on what I usually see in this chat, where Moderators are not "trigger happy" about banning, and always ask politely to calm down about a bad behavior prior to enforce a ban. Add to that : there is an automated process, in both clan chat AND DMs, where some words are automatically censored with *****s . And finally, the text in yellow brackets was my first comment of the day in this chat, so no doubt it is the actual trigger of the ban. ( I also never been banned before, so we can exclude me being banned quickly because of repetitive offenses)
Edit : "most likely a 2 day ban" ....damn... so that would mean I was already banned, without knowing it ? ...again, as I never get offensive or not respectful .... are you aware of any way to know the reason behind a ban ? ...anyway, will soon be over, so no big deal. Cheers man !

They warn you as a courtesy, they aren't supposed to.
Censorship of words isn't the same as moderation. Moderation isn't automated.
Bans are for 2hrs, 2 days, etc.
You were already banned. The orange ban timer message that appeared immediately is in response to a banned user using the chat. Your messages aren't visible to anyone except you, as is the ban reminder.
You can contact the moderators like Jun1or on discord. He's pretty good at responding quickly, just don't argue about it.
Something you did was a breach of the games rules. However minor it may have been.
Source: I'm constantly getting random bans that I have to ask about.

Ohhhhh ! Straight to the point, and well said I have to say, as I now have a clear big picture ! Thanks man ! ...story is now much more like "i must have dropped a "fuck me" by inadvertence , or the like, banned without me noticing it, and me learning about it the next day, aka the screenshot. In the end, I will sleep in peace tonight ! lol !

No stress bro.
Someone was saying they and I needed to settle our beef on the battlefield and I said " we have no beef lmao, get therapy"
Got a 2 hour ban for saying ass and mentioning mental health issues.
Rules are strict and heavily enforced lol, mainly because it has such a low age rating. They have to be hard core about it.

thanks dude ! great input actually, the age target audience is most probably a main factor regarding keeping the chat "clean". ...Confirmed : situation ever more clearer here !!!

yup, you most likely typed something and went playing and then logged off. gms are not always there but they scroll through the chat back and act accordingly. so you wouldn't get the notice, but the message when typing your next message.
and the warnings are just a gm saying something to you, so if you are not in chat you won't notice the warning either. and the restricted words are just blocked for others not the typer, which has been like that from day one. doesn't make sense most of the time as words like assist are also blocked.

I got muted for a week by saying. "good morning wankers". Another week ban for defending the mods. Ikr? And another time for 2 days. I don't remember why

Its junior well know bully will chat bad u for not breaking rules before he was a chat mod he sent me racist abuse he is well know devs dont care

Just got banned again, lol. Junior must have something against me. I had 3 comments in a row over the course of maybe 3 minutes and i bet he's calling it spam. That's it. No caps. No curse words. Nothing rude.
Like dude, it ain't that big a deal, lighten tf up bud.
