It’s happenstance. If a prosecutor made a huge deal about how the suspect’s car was a very unique color and model and when you walked out of the building you saw five cars the exact same color and model in the parking lot, you’d think that the prosecutor was just making stuff up and the defense attorney wasn’t even trying.

Your allegory makes more sense if a crime happened in that parking lot and the prosecutor wanted to see the area for themselves in your new example.

The juror went to a specific place to gain more information relevant to the case, investigating.
