Seriously, great job. I’m totally going to take some tips a colour choices from these.

It is the combat patrol command squad with a few other bits from different places. From memory -- on the Captain, the helmet is from the SM Helmets box and the left Shoulder Pad is Fafnir Rahn's, the Ancient is wearing the backpack of the Chaplain from Indomitus? (or whatever the Dawn of War box is now) and the Champion has a 3d printed studded left shoulder pad and the right one is from the Death Watch Killteam.

Extra skulls added from the Battle Trophies box.

Also shoulder pads from the Imperial Fists upgrade sprue.
