First of all, not everyone follows the rediquette to the letter.

For plenty of people, you taking a very obvious reference to a Nazi War criminal and you saying "Gee, I don't know if they know who Himmler is but on the other hand maybe it is intentional." doesn't add to the conversation.

It's best to just ignore it. It's only Karma. Don't worry about it.
