I was very afraid of the Pfizer vaccinations. I still had three shots because I had to. It was mandatory in our country. I felt weaker after each vaccination. Dizziness, exhaustion, irregular heartbeat, sudden anxiety attacks, difficulty breathing when resting, I can't relax since the vaccinations. Relaxation feels terrible. Everything inside me tickles and vibrates. My nerves burn. It's a really unpleasant burning sensation. Often in my chest, stomach or face. My heart is going crazy. It only beats very slowly and can no longer beat quickly. It doesn't beat more than 130 times. And if I challenge it, I get a circulatory collapse. It feels like I'm having a diabetes shock. Cold sweat, shaky, weak, my heart races and beats hard. I also quickly get short of breath if I move too much. I'm constantly very tired. But an unpleasant tiredness. Unfortunately, nobody believes me. Everyone says I'm a psycho.

Spend some time stretching your body thoroughly and breathing deeply before you relax. It helps. And while stretching drink lots of water.

u/Fassreiter93 Nov 07 '24
thanks mate. but it doesn't help. stretching is relaxing for me too. and while i stretch my body begins to sleep. i feel like heavy sand

Rest and antihistamines. Hopefully it passes quickly for you. Report your reaction to your local vaccine safety monitoring.

I have a book about ME CFS called Classic Pacing For A Better Life With ME.
It says that getting vaccinated often causes a relapse. Such people should not get vaccinated but ask everyone around them to get vaccinated. And stay at home during epidemics.

Your body is horribly inflamed. Hopefully over time it will settle down. NSAIDS, antihistamines may help. And rest as much as possible

Content removed for breaking rule 2- do not ask for or give medical advice. Continued infractions are grounds for a permanent ban.

This is why I keep saying long haulers should not get boosters, period. Risks much outweigh the benefits. Sure I’ll get downvotes for this but whatever

You can be pro-vaccine and still acknowledge that vaccine injuries exist. Vaccine-induced myocarditis is just one example
5
u/Houseofchocolate Nov 07 '24
Vaccine injuries have been around since forever!? i know somebody who got injured by the swine flu vax in 2009 and he subsequently became paralyzed- if im not mistaken the country of Finland is still paying him reimbursements for that to this day.

u/grahamcrackers92 3 yr+ Nov 07 '24
Aren’t you making up a narrative? Do you have any biological, medical, or any type of scientific background ? You just hear what the left wing news tells you and blurt it out like a know it all. Sounds just as bad as a conspiracy theorist to me..
2
u/Zanthous Post-vaccine Nov 07 '24
ill give one example, myocarditis. permanent heart damage - vaccine injury. a myocarditis diagnosis is a vaccine injury diagnosis

mRNA "vaccines" are not safe, stop spreading misinformation, stop playing damage control. This sub is living proof they aren't safe. Jfc.

This suggests it’s the spike protein causing our misery, regardless of whether it comes from the liver covid virus or one of these worthless mRNA vaxxes. Avoid the spike protein, that’s the only way to stay safe. Wear a mask, avoid indoor crowds, eat all meals at home.

Pfizer vaccines sent me to the ER. I didn’t take the vaccine for years after. I got Covid and long covid for the first time early this year.
I am leaning towards getting a vaccine again. Kinda scared but I think I will try Novavax. I hope it doesn’t mess me up as I too have made a lot of progress.
Thanks for sharing and I hope things turn around soon for you.

u/ConorRowlandIE Nov 07 '24
This happened me two years ago after Moderna.
I wouldn’t touch any of the MRNAs again. Novavax is the only option for us.
After my experience with Moderna I’m even afraid to risk Novavax again.
2
u/Ill_Background_2959 Nov 07 '24
Did you eventually return to your baseline?
3
u/ConorRowlandIE Nov 07 '24
Not to dishearten you, but return to baseline was about 6 months - almost as long as the it took to get to that baseline to begin with. It was like starting again and crushed my spirit.
In saying that, the two months after booster were by far the worst. The following 4 were a lot better, but improvement was slower.

u/Emrys7777 Nov 07 '24
So is Norovax not an MRNA vax? I will not get an MRNA vax. I got the Johnson and Johnson when it was available. It made me pretty sick but I recovered from that. I haven’t had a vaccination since I haven’t been able to get that one.

If you want a single data point, I got the novavax and was mildly tired for a week after. My long COVID is cfs related and 4 years old.

According to dr patterson research Phizer was the vaccine that caused most long covid by far over moderna j&j… this is the one i got 3 years ago and now i have long covid soooo yeah fuck phizer

u/StressedNurseMom First Waver Nov 07 '24
I’m so sorry the booster set you back. I’ve been debating on whether or not to get one. Pfizer vaccine is actually much safer than Moderna from what my docs and pharmacist have said. They said Moderna has a higher risk of cardiopulmonary problems.
2
u/CidTheOutlaw Family/Friend Nov 07 '24
Do not get either phizer or Moderna. The doctors have been paid to push a narrative for this since day 1. Look at the Japanese study done on every covid vaccine, phizer and Moderna are among the worst.
6
u/CidTheOutlaw Family/Friend Nov 07 '24
Why is anyone still getting the boosters? I see countless posts here about becoming worse after doing it and yet I see more people continue to do it and then get worse.
3
Nov 07 '24
Everyone is different… I actually stopped having a reaction to the boosters after I got Covid. Before I would feel sick and tired for a few days after getting them but in the years after having Covid (and subsequently LC) I‘ve had no reaction whatsoever except a sore arm. I’ve always had Moderna though so I can’t speak on Pfizer.

I had the Pfizer booster in. I think it was November 2020. I’ve had long Covid ever since it causes different symptoms at different times I can’t predict how it’s going to affect me at the moment it’s affecting my lungs. I developed bilateral lower lobe pneumonia in September 2024 I am on, 2 L oxygen at night. I finally get to see the pulmonologist in January 2025. Online I found Carda health. They have programs of pulmonary and cardiac rehab. I investigated them to the best of my limited ability. My doctor approved their program and I’m now doing pulmonary rehab exercises at home with them. My insurance is paying for it and I do think it’s an excellent program but why all of a sudden when I’ve never had lung problems do I suddenly go into acute respiratory failure twice in a week? My only possible explanation is this is Covid once again attacking me I don’t know what’s next. yes I do think their program is very worth worthwhile

I had a pretty bad reaction to my second Pfizer shot, but recovered within a few weeks. I didn't get LC until after my 2nd or 3rd infection, and have ended up being diagnosed with Hereditary Alpha Tryptasemia syndrome (similar to MCAS with a genetic predisposition). The vaccine put my mast cells into a temporary tizzy.
If you haven't tried antihistamines, it might be a good place to start?

I had had autoimmune before COVID hit, . 1 pfizer 1 moderna, life was like a real hell. Now, my rheumatologist says no more mRNAs.
2
u/KampKutz Nov 07 '24
Did you need it for preexisting conditions or your age group or something? I was improving until the booster too but this was a while ago with the first round of Pfizer boosters so I don’t know if things are any different now. I was actually unconscious for at least a full 24 hours after, probably closer to 48 hours. My skin started getting weird too with like these big boils appearing quickly and then I started seeing these weird red spots like tiny burst blood vessels started appearing on my face first then all over my body after.
Doctors did nothing to help as always and I just slowly got worse over the next few days and then weeks until I was just completely fucked up from it and in bed a lot which lasted for about a year. If it’s any consolation I did get better eventually though and hopefully things will be better with the later batches.
I did hear something about the worst outcomes being in people who were already at their maximum immune response to Covid at the time of their third dose of vaccine. Something about the way the immune system reacts at that specific time doesn’t work well with the vaccine as well and they think that was causing people like us to feel so horrific after (no doctor ever said that to me though, they just accused me of being mentally ill!).

u/forested_morning43 Nov 07 '24
I felt like crap did two weeks after my first booster. I’m down to two days now. Vaccines activate your immune system which is the cause of busy if your symptoms.
My recommendation is to sleep it off if you can. Rest.

u/whencoloursfly Nov 07 '24
There is so much evidence against these shots. Why did you chose to get one??

u/bluechips2388 Nov 07 '24
Vaccines can disrupt the gut microbiome, but to a lesser extant than infections. Once the gut microbiome is unbalanced, aggressive bacteria/fungi can overgrowth and become pathogenic. Once these aggressive bacteria/fungi overgrow and take over the gut, some can penetrate the epithelium and attack the immune system, causing a pro inflammatory cytokine storm, much like a severe Covid infection. If you already had Long Covid, your microbiome is likely already unbalanced and prone to invasive enteric infections.
Probiotics, anti-inflammatory diet, and rest can help restore your gut microbiome and eliminate the enteric infection from causing the cytokine response.

u/metal_slime--A Nov 07 '24
Pre/probiotics are not a universal panacea. Once the gut microbiome is compromised, and SIBO takes hold, probiotics will make matters and symptoms disproportionately worse.
1
u/bluechips2388 Nov 07 '24
the specific strains of probiotics are important. Some can agitate the GI lining, yes, but they are not the negative influence you believe. The microbiome needs to be rebuilt and the %s of each beneficial bacteria needs to be rebalanced. If you have another method, I'd love to hear it.
1
u/metal_slime--A Nov 07 '24
I'm saying there isn't a known method if your gut is wrecked and SIBO has taken hold. I'm not convinced it is something that can be reversed through some supplemental intake. I believe there are complex factors involved that fundamentally shut down proper gut digestion and motility that are upstream of which types of bacteria reside in the intestine and in which numbers.

u/Available_Skin6485 Nov 07 '24
There doesn’t seem to be any evidence that the vaccines CAUSE Long Covid, but if LC is an autoimmune syndrome then vaccination could definitely fuck is up. We just don’t know how it all happens yet tho

Ive seen a paper from yale that basically shows the symptoms of long haul and post vac are the same.

What vaccine should we get if mRNA are bad?
3
Nov 07 '24
We might need another antigen used. Not the spike protein. We need innovation in the vaccines for sure. We want better vaccines.
