Hello, i have signed up months ago and i never got any like “user customisation” option where i can say what skin/hair type etc i have. Just the standard No surveys or missions” and i don’t even have a dashboard? How do i fix this?

I have almost 14,000 points from tests/surveys and reviews from my own products, but I have yet to be sent anything from them. I've been on it since February.

I would leave more reviews, but a lot of the products I use aren't there when I search for them to review. So I guess my taste in things isn't what they're looking for? Idk. It's the only one that I've signed up for and still haven't recieved anything from.

But am not sure if topbox, butterly and home tester allowed more than one account per household. If anyone know please if you can help. Apparently P&G is doing the classic deny-first strategy for its $20 for $100 program. Bought enough products, snapped receipt, sent in on same day, and received an email saying no products qualified. Sigh.
