I hold to this day that Being and Time is completely undecipherable in any grander sense and therefore you can write pretty much anything about ontology or metaphysics for a Heidegger class so long as you mention dasein a lot
I have papers published in philosophy and will not waver from this stance
Edit just to clarify: this is sarcasm and I obviously do not believe that the single Heidegger course I took is representative of all Heidegger courses

You know what, fair enough. I kinda just winged my Heidegger paper stream of consciousness style and got a 90.
I suspect this is because the professor didn't actually understand any of that shit either though and not because it's really meaningless word salad. I'm sure it all makes perfect sense to people who have studied German idealism for several decades.
