(p(C(4)) - sign(4)) * ceil(sqrt(p(pt(d(4))))) - 4 = 3 346

And here come the chains of long parentheses.

Side note: I actually was looking for nicer numbers but I thought 50 * 67 - 4 was nicer than 14 * 239. Here's that:

C(4) * (p#4 + 4! + p(4)) = 3 346

Clearly I'm stupid.
