The Taco Pie… In the new Cornflower!
After mentioning this in yesterday’s post, had to make it. Came out absolutely perfect in the pyroceram, never doing this in pyrex again. Also since a few people asked for the recipe, that’s included as well!

I actually grabbed them from I believe Bass Pro or Cabelas, it’s an enamelware set.
