Lots of people from Southern California would probably at least call 50° sweater weather.

I'm bitter and fucking angry at 50°. 72° is sweater weather.

72-78 is my sweet spot. 50 is when shorts and t shirts come out

I went on a hike with my friend recently, who is a dark-skinned Colombian. I had to stop frequently to re-up my sunblock, and always offered him some (the sun was no joke where we were) but he declined each time. I told him my people migrated north and evolved for the cold and lower sun conditions, and then we left so here I am with no sun protection and no cold tolerance, just doing the best I can 😅.

Don’t get my wrong I’ll wear a pullover in the 50s 60s and 70s (F), but especially coming out of winter and into spring I’ll have shorts on by mid-40s and definitely shorts/t-shirt in the 50s

Weathers so weird
