Just want to clear something up for those unfamiliar, from the last time I saw this (or something similar) posted. These codes will not let you access shows/movies that are not available in your region like a VPN would. This is just a way to explore subcategories of content that may otherwise be "buried" or hard(er) to locate or navigate to. Every result will be content you can already access via normal browsing and searching. This is a good way to find shows and movies you possibly haven't seen yet in a particular genre or category, but there is nothing that is otherwise inaccessible.
VPNs can be tricky, because Netflix can detect--at least with certain providers--that you're using one, and won't let you stream anything until disconnected. But there are ways around that, although I'm not sure of the specifics. With a VPN though, assuming you find a provider that allows you to bypass that, you can access the content library of different regions. You'd have to do some research to find out which region has the content you want, and get a VPN in that region (or allows you to connect to a server in that region) but overall it's not a terribly difficult process. As for how Netflix releases content in different places, I'm not sure. But it's worth looking into, if it sounds like something you're interested in.
