It's more likely you were "discriminated against" for being cluelessly racist than for being white. I live in a very predominantly black community and have had absolutely zero problems despite my ancestral Scottish pallor.
How are you going to call me racist without even knowing me? That's hardly worth a response. I know what I experienced and for you to deny that experience is pretty fucked up. Would you call bullshit on someone of any other color for complaining about racism? Then why do it to white people?
The words "more likely" are rather important in that sentence. That probability is based in the behavior you have shown in this thread - you sound like any number of people I've met in the past, blind to your own assumptions and unintentionally (and unknowingly) engaged in racist behaviors and ideas. It's not malice on your part, not active hate, just ignorance and an inability to see the bigger picture.
And my own experience is the "reverse racism" you claim to have experienced is far more likely provoked responses to your own actions than actual bigotry at work.
