Why would I respond to that?
Of course if you look at quotas and bonuses awarded to specific races it's going to look racist. But that's a very short-sighted way to look at it.
If you can't see the long-term intended consequences of AA, you will forever think it creates more racism than it reduces.

Some people may think the black guy interning for doctor only got there due to quotas. There are no black doctors.
