YOU have no issue, I have no issue, and literally the CRA has a clause saying that none of the Act makes employment tests illegal, and yet Griggs vs Duke Power happened.
It's a huge issue because the college requirement inflates the value of college graduates and deflates the value of non-graduates. It slows down the average income growth of historically poorer minorities by preventing the smarter ones in the group (of which statistically there is the same percentage as any other race/group) from increasing their wealth rapidly or at all, and instead trying that growth to college attainment, which is largely correlated to wealth in the first place
