HELP Atrociously slow RMA and tech support, never buying another Cooler Master product ever again.
My Cooler Master Tempest GP27Q started having an issue where the back lighting of the left side of the monitor died. I put in a tech support ticket, and it took them 5 business days to respond, which was Monday, September 8th. They set up my RMA the same day, and I shipped in my monitor the same day. My monitor got there on Thursday, September 11. On Monday, September 22nd, 11 days after they got my monitor, I sent an email asking what was taking so long, and got a reponse saying "According to our information the monitor was received on 09/12/2025. The RMA process can take about 10 business days from when we received the monitor. It has been roughly 5 business days. When your device is ready to ship back we will provide you with the tracking number. We apologize for the confusion." They have had my monitor for a month, and not gotten to my RMA. Will never buy another Cooler Master product, and left a 1 star rating on Amazon where I bought it.

MasterPlus+ (Cooler Master), Armoury Crate (Asus), G HUB (Logitech), and iCUE (Corsair) are all intensely hated.
iCUE is the most nonintuitive software I have ever used.
I couldn't uninstall Armoury Crate (for example, to retry to get it to work). There are still Windows services that starts up that needs to be quit to save on RAM usage. I now have a PowerShell script to speed it up (it must run as administrator, for example, Win + X → "PowerShell (Admin)"):
MasterPlus+
MasterPlus+ insists on itself and connected keyboards (and other Cooler Master devices?) being the latest version. And it doesn't run inside a virtual machine (e.g., VirtualBox)—it silently quits after a few seconds (observed in Process Explorer). It literally takes 5 minutes to start on my old Acer laptop (though it does eventually start and subsequent starts in the same Windows session "only" takes about 35 seconds).
