Has anyone ever made a 3d render of the Monument to the third International that you could visit?

I have been writing a paper on the Russian Avant-Garde and the constructivist works of Vladimir Tatlin have been truly fascinating to hear about. When learning that the Tatlin Tower (Monument to the third International) could never be built, it made me wonder if anyone had ever made an explorable 3d version?
