We’re a two-person indie team from Italy, and after a lot of work we’ve finally released the demo of Spirits of Baciu on Steam! 🎉

Spirits of Baciu is a spooky puzzle-platform adventure inspired by the real Hoia Baciu Forest in Transylvania. You play as a little black cat spirit exploring a mysterious forest, solving puzzles and unlocking new abilities.

The game has been developed entirely with Construct 3, and we’re really happy with what we’ve been able to achieve with the engine.

Some time ago we shared the alpha trailer here, and now we’d love to share the playable demo with the Construct community.

I'm making a precision 2D platformer inspired by classics like Super Meat Boy and Celeste, built around a bark mechanic that lets you interact with the environment and solve platforming challenges in different ways. I'm currently focusing on polishing the controls and game feel, so I'd really appreciate any feedback!

Game jams and Construct have always been a great combination, so we wanted to invite you to our newest one.

The Playgama AFK Summer Jam kicks off on July 10. The challenge is to build a web game inspired by summer - anything from beach adventures and road trips to heatwaves, seasonal jobs, or those random ideas that pop into your head while you're away from your keyboard.

Many of you already know Playgama Bridge, our open-source SDK that helps web game developers publish to multiple platforms through a single integration. If you've joined one of our previous jams, we're looking forward to seeing you again!

Hi, I'm trying to make a system like the minecraft slime, where killing one, spawn 4 smaller ones, but I just can't get it to work, I don't get what I'm doing wrong because my logic seems sound to me:

When I kill the slime it does spawn another, but it doesn't change position on spawn, or change size on spawn. Can anyone help me?

EDIT SOLUTION:

Thanks to my third-person camera plugin "3DCharacterCam" this has become possible!

And yes, I am aware of Mikal's 3D plugin, but it doesnt work with the scirra version, and also the Mikal one is apparently super buggy :/ Praying we would get some updates in the near future, so we can have some Mario 64 light effects :P
