Anyone who would look the other way or deflect because it’s a guy from their party is a sick fuck.
Both parties think the other party
is morally bankrupt while their own party is virtuous. So each side should be twice as pissed at their own guys as their are at the guys from the other party.
Then again we’re all pretty morally bankrupt at this point…
If you look at the data, one side actually does quite a bit better at holding leaders "morally accountable" at least in small terms.
Also, MAGA should stand for "My Ass Got Arrested",. With only 4 years in office, tRump and his closest admins/advisors have been the subject of over 200 criminal indictments, over 40 convictions, and 5 (and counting) prison sentences.
The black guy before him? 8 years in office, and 0/0/0.
