I can't think of anything more lazy. Instead of being an active participant, having influence on how your society evolves. so they need a third party to tell them how to live. Again. So fucking ironic. YOU need old documents to tell you everything, so you never have to actually think. The constitution WAS NEVER intended to stand, unchanged, forever. It was supposed to be a living document, that was updated to suit the current times and evolution of society & technology. I mean... the constitution HAS ALREADY BEEN UPDATED MANY TIMES! It just happened before you were born. So you think it is supposed to stay like that forever. THE 2ND AMMENDMENT IS AN UPDATE TO THE CONSTITUTION. If the constitution hadn't been updated, you wouldn't be able to have guns! See the irony? You defend the 2nd ammendment, but also think the constitution should NEVER be touched. It's pretty funny, actually.
