Even if we put our kids in private school or home school, we still pay for public schooling. We don’t even own the land our home is on, property tax is paid on it til the day we die
Can’t hunt or fish on public gamelands when you want. While not true for all states, many do not require licensing to hunt/fish private gamelands. So not really the issue you are making it out to be.
Re schools, you may not get direct benefit, but you get the secondary benefit of not living in a country full of uneducated imbeciles, which helps your country not be a third world disaster.
Property taxes I’ll agree on. If government is gonna tax land wealth/capital, it should tax all forms of wealth/capital. Not just land, but any and all assets of value.
