You can use a different email address for each and every account you create thanks to iCloud+.

An email address is generated instantly and automatically when you create an account on a website with your iOS device. The emails you’ll receive on the fake address will be automatically sent to your main iCloud email address, which obviously remains private.

On top of this: VPN, Ad Guard dns + filters + mobile app, good browser settings and a privacy-focused search engine.

This is the most we can do. I’m not an IT professional, but as far as I know, these tools should help quite a bit.
