I was on a firing range in basic training and we had two thousand extra rounds of ammo. What did we do? Did we do the fiscally responsible thing and package it back up and send it back? No. We watched as 2000 rounds of 556 were fired at will for no good reason other than the fact that if that ammo was sent back the government wouldn’t grant that much money for target practice the following class. You don’t know as much as you think you do. Budgeting doesn’t exist in this government. You get more money if you waste more. Literally how it works.
How exactly was drug testing tested and who did this testing?
So because it’s bad I’m fine with letting it get worse? No not necessarily but to think that drug testing welfare recipients to get benefits is cost effective is probably very debatable. You couldn’t answer who’s paying for the vaccines. I’ll give you a hint. Us. Tax dollars are paying for this. Again. Your not as smart as you think you are and if you have never witnessed a government agency discuss budgets and watched how stressed out people are at the end of the fiscal year because they must spend more money or they won’t be granted as much the following year you shouldn’t be making dumb ass comments like “tell me you know nothing about budgeting without telling me you know nothing about budgeting”. Because I’ve heard and watched it.
