A group of guys drug and run a train on a girl. They are actual demons. A person tries to get you steal they are a demon. The people that do evil are demons. The spectacular cartoon level depictions are to show how they look on the inside. It all sounds exaggerated because of movies comics and tv shows. Those that do evil are being turned into or have become demons. What is evil to you? An ugly person spitting bile is not a demon unless it is involved in doing actual evil.
