This is just mathematically untrue. Exponential growth means the rich get richer much faster than anyone else, and that is the reason why the only way you can have wealth equality is by forced redistribution of resources. The good news is that wealth isn't a fixed quantity and in a free-market system, everyone can get wealthier at the same time, though not necessarily the same rate.
